Because Baby Mabel's operates in California we are required to charge 7.75% sales tax on orders shipped to a California address. Those who live outside of California will not be charged sales tax for orders place on BabyMabels.com.
How to Change or Cancel an Order
If your order is still being processed, then we will be happy to modify or cancel it for you. Please call us ASAP at 760-753-3000 or 858-794-0066 and have your order info available. However, if your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to make revisions, in which case you will need to make a standard return or exchange once you have received your merchandise.

Orders placed after noon on Friday will not be shipped until Monday. Ground shipments should arrive within 10 business days. Tracking Your Order
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This shipping confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may visit www.usps.com and enter your tracking number to check the status of your delivery.
Furniture Delivery Policy
Our furniture will be delivered to you via a common carrier (trucking company). Most freight companies will call you to make a delivery appointment. To make this delivery as smooth as possible, please abide by the following guidelines:
1. Be aware that the delivery company has a "curb to curb" service and does not include assembling any of the furniture.
2. DO NOT SIGN THE DELIVERY RECEIPT UNTIL YOU:
A. Count the number of cartons and verify that you have the correct amount.
B. Inspect the cartons carefully fo rany kinds of rips, tears, punctures, dents, crushed corners, wetness or any other signs of possible damage. If you sense that there is any kind of freight damage, open the cartons while the driver is present and inspect the goods.
C. If you feel that the furniture is in good condition, then sign the delivery receipt as is. If you feel that thereis any kind of freight damage or you are unable to open the cartons, but can see that they are not in perfect condition, then note all visible details on the delivery receipt before signing it. We cannot hold the trucking company responsible for damage unless you note all all damage, or problems with the outer carton(s), on the delivery receipt.
D. If your merchandise is damaged, you must keep the outer carton(s) for inspection.
E. If a shipment is in very poor condition, you have the option of refusing the entire shipment.
F. If you receive any damaged merchandise, are unsure whether to accept a damaged shipment, or have any other questions that you need assistance with, please call us immediately at 760-753-3000 or 858-794-0066!
All of our furniture requries some assembly. Please read our instructions carefully before assembling your furniture.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and Exchanges
This return policy is for BabyMabels website orders only, and does not pertain to in-house purchases. We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items you are not completely happy with. The item MUST be returned to Baby Mabel's within 14 days of the shipping date in unworn and perfect condition. Please note that customized items are purchased with an "absolutely no return" policy and will not be accepted without prior customer service approval. Items which are received after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
Sale items are exhangeable only within 14 days - no refunds.
